Photography, as a powerful medium of expression and communications, offers an infinite variety of perception, interpretation and execution. There is one thing the photograph must contain, the humanity of the moment. This kind of photography is realism. But realism is not enough - there has to be vision, and the two together can make a good photograph, It was with this vision combined with massive lights that Nature had to offer,the idea to spread more colour around in the form of a colour laboratory was born around 18 years ago in the small industrial town of Chandrapur.
Thus The seed of starting a colour lab. was planted and the gardeners in the form of four partners. Three wellknown Docters and one industrialist,came together to put necessary ingredients for the growth of this colourful tree, namely finance, man power and the latest machines needed for this tree to bear the laboured colourful fruits.
The SONALIKA COLOR LAB. was started in 1996 with a manual enlarger. A strong foundation of a real Photo color lab. Our manual enlargement photos in and around chandrapur and the response for this initial endeavour was tremendous and its work was praised for the quality and finess. SONALIKA took up the challenge of taking the photography industry of chandrapur in to new levels were by giving a new face to the industry. They introduction range from Noritsu 1501, Noritsu 1701,Noritsu Digital 2901, Noritsu Digital 3001, Noritsu 3800 ( Proprietary AccuSmart image processing technology) first Istalation of its kind in India, and the list goes on.
It offers complete pro lab service networking to professional photographers throughout Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Yevatmal districts as also some parts of Andhra Pradesh. The MD of this color lab is Mr. V.J. Sunil, started his carrier at the year 1985 in a reputed color lab in Kerala. He is Technically very sound in Computer Hardware and well known in the field of color lab industry. A person who is always interested to grow with the latest technology in the field.
